Have your yoga props on hand. If you do not have yoga props, you can use a pillow or two as a bolster, a blanket, a belt. *. Classes will be offered as follows: - Tuesday 9am (mst) - 45 minutes Express Flow - Thursday 1:30pm (mst) - 45 minutes Nap Time Flow (for everyone, but especially parents who put their little ones down) - Sundays 9am (mst) - 60 minutes Flow into Stillness
Payment is $7, however if you need a sliding scale please email me to make arrangements. Payment is easy Venmo @lindsey-marshall, other forms of payment can be made, contact me directly for more information.
How it will work is on Monday email me the class or classes you plan to attend. I will send out zoom invites to those who plan to attend. 15 minutes before the class I will log on to welcome everyone!
