Whether it's the thrill of hiking the iconic Angels Landing, the quiet awe of walking through the towering slot canyons of The Narrows, or the heart-pounding excitement of canyoneering into remote sandstone chambers this experience is about embracing challenge, overcoming fear, and finding your edge.
Through daily yoga and guided reflection, we’ll ground ourselves in mindfulness and movement—creating space to explore not only the wild terrain of Zion, but also the inner landscapes of fear, excitement, courage, and motivation.

Your Retreat Leader Lindsey Marshall was first introduced to yoga at the age of 18 when a disk injury prevented her from walking or standing for more than five minutes at a time. In combination with a discectomy procedure Lindsey turned to yoga and witnessed its strong healing power. Years later she would travel to India and stay at an Ashram where she was reintroduced to the healing powers of yoga, both body and mind. In 2013 Lindsey completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification at Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, Illinois. Since then she has completed her 85 hour prenatal certification through the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga as well as a restorative yoga certification through the Yapana Way. And in 2017 she completed her Yin yoga training through the Asheville Yoga Center, which has become one of here main areas of focus. Lindsey likes to create classes that challenge students to use their bodies, breath and minds to strengthen, focus and ground themselves in the present moment. |
