Pillars of Longevity
A Fitness & Mindfulness Retreat

Pillars of Longevity Retreat

Redefining Strength, Wellness & Aging in Midlife

September 17 to September 20, 2026

Capitol Reef, Southern Utah

A supportive wellness retreat for women 40+
Join Tammar Fingeroth and Randi Jo Greenberg for a deeply nourishing retreat in the expansive, grounding landscapes of Southern Utah, just outside Capitol Reef National Park.
This retreat is created for women in midlife who want to feel strong, steady, and at home in their bodies again—without pushing, punishing, or trying to keep up. As our bodies, hormones, and energy levels change, we need a different kind of support. One that balances strength with softness, movement with rest, and education with true integration.
The Pillars of Longevity Retreat offers a calm, women-only container where you can slow down, reconnect, and learn how to care for your body and nervous system in a way that feels sustainable, intelligent, and kind.
This is not a bootcamp or a weight-loss retreat.
It’s a reset—for your body, your mind, and your relationship with yourself.

What You’ll Experience
Supportive Strength & Mobility
Strength and mobility sessions are offered in very small, intimate groups with Tammar, creating a highly personalized, one-on-one–style experience. Each participant receives individualized coaching, hands-on guidance, and tailored modifications based on her unique body, needs, and movement history. This exclusive approach supports joint health, bone density, balance, and confident, easeful movement in daily life. All levels are welcome.

Yoga for Midlife Bodies
Gentle yet strengthening yoga practices that support flexibility, balance, posture, and nervous system regulation. These sessions are designed for changing bodies and energy levels, helping you move with greater comfort and trust in your body.

Nutrition for Longevity & Vitality
Accessible, real-life nutrition education focused on supporting hormonal health, bone health, energy levels, and overall vitality. Learn how to nourish yourself in a way that feels realistic and supportive—not restrictive or overwhelming.

Self-Compassion & Connection
Through facilitated discussions, reflection, and shared experiences, you’ll explore self-compassion as a powerful foundation for long-term well-being. Expect meaningful conversations, laughter, and connection in an intimate group of women who are navigating similar life transitions.

Time to Rest, Reflect, and Just Be
Unstructured time is intentionally built into the retreat. Enjoy journaling, spa time, nature walks, or simply resting—without guilt. This retreat honors the importance of slowing down so your body can truly integrate the work.
This retreat is for you if you:
  • Are 40+ and want to age with strength, confidence, and ease
  • Feel ready for a more supportive, intelligent approach to fitness and wellness
  • Want to reduce stress and feel more regulated in your nervous system
  • Are curious about how to care for your body during hormonal and life transitions
  • Value connection, community, and meaningful conversation
  • Want to feel better in your body without pushing or proving anything
No prior yoga or fitness experience is required. Every session is adaptable, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body.
