Snowga “Snow” + “Yoga”
You read that correctly and yes you may be thinking this is too cold for you. But when we dress just right we can keep our bodies warm and move in the beauty of nature no matter what temperature it is outside. Snowga is brought to you as a singular class if wanted or in addition to a hike or snowshoe event. We’ll practice outside working to keep the body warm and taking in the beautiful fresh mountain air.
